Dear Children of the Future,
It is not bleak. There is hope. You may think that we have left you with mess, but there is a way through. You’ll need to build new paths through our institutions; put batteries in the torches; hold your friends’ and strangers’ hands and guide your people to a new life.
The weight of the world is resting on you and your generation’s shoulders. Remember everything we’ve taught you. Question the parts that don’t make sense. Break down the structures that oppress you and help others to help yourself. Don’t throw away everything we’ve made, but build on our mistakes and our stumblings.
You can make it, children of the future.
