#23: Portions for Foxes

-Something breaks
-A glass?
-No
-It’s like a biscuit
-Crumbs?
-Yeah, like that. But it disintegrates. It fall apart
-Do you like cheesecake?
-Not really.
-I like raspberries
-I hope you do. People should always like fruit.
-It’s a healthy thing
-Do you run?
-What?
-Do you jog?
-Sometimes. When I feel like it. Sometimes I don’t.
-Do you want to run away?
-Some of the time I do. I like coming back though. You’re half way through a run and then you know how much you have left, you just need to make it back. It’s the simplicity.
-What do you think about Haile Gebrselassie?
-The Ethiopian?
-Yes.
-when you run like him?
-I can’t run like him
-He’s the fastest man in the world.
-So you can’t?
-No, not really
-Who could beat him?
-Mo Farah
-He’s getting old now.
-Is he? Cause last time we checked.
-I changed that
-What?
-The age?
-No.
-I don’t understand.

-Did you like passionfruit?
-I do.
-Do you want to?
-I have a strange fascination with all things that end in fruit
-You mean all the words.

-And although they may be discombobulated
-They exist now
-Why is he so impatient?
-Why does he want to move?
-Why does he want it to be what it is?
-Why can’t he just accept it?
-Why doesn’t just involve?
-Why doesn’t it devolve?
-Do you want a sparkling apple?
-Why do we feel like every project needs to change the world?
-It’s embarrassing.
-But you can’t scream in a world of total noise.
